Camping World is the company behind Good Sam, the RV Membership that also publishes the equivalent of the Zagat guide to Campsites and Parks every year. The sell a lot of advertisements in this print guide and online and the team at Ideal has helped develop an app to manage this called Capture. We have also done consumer-facing work with an in-park iPad app for Membership signups.

In 2011, Humana rebranded itself as a 'wellness company.' I was brought in as a consultant by Critical Mass Chicago, who was in charge of the .com redesign among other things. We were collaborating with the branding agency in New York and ad agencies throughout the US. Photo shoots were in Chile and Canada. I've never been involved with a project of this scale with a pool of such amazing talent—it was a truly unique experience.
My task was to help develop the look-and-feel of .com and also create a dashboard for customers to manage their Humana Vitality profile, a new program that gave rewards for good health habits.
